Prada FW2026 reimagines the “tired girl” trend with a refined, runway ready edge. Here is how to recreate the hollowed eyes and softly perfected skin that define next season’s beauty mood.

Prada Beauty’s FW2026 runway made one thing clear: the era of perfectly polished, “clean girl” makeup is fading. In its place comes something moodier, more expressive, and a little undone. Prada’s take on the “tired girl” trend feels less about looking exhausted and more about channeling emotion. It is raw, cool, and intentionally imperfect in a way that feels completely modern.

One of the standout moments from the show was Bella Hadid walking the runway with hollowed, smoky eyes that instantly set the tone. The “tired girl” aesthetic first picked up steam late last year, with celebrities like Jenna Ortega embracing smudged liner, softly sculpted cheeks, and makeup that looked lived in rather than meticulously blended. Prada took that idea and elevated it. The result felt dramatic but still wearable, striking that sweet spot between backstage edge and everyday inspiration.

The skin was fresh and real, never heavy. Prep began with Prada Augmented Skin The Essence, which gently exfoliates and smooths to create a clean base. Prada Augmented Skin The Serum followed to even out tone and add light hydration, and Prada Augmented Skin The Cream sealed everything in with a natural, healthy finish. The new Prada Conceal was used only where needed, subtly blurring and perfecting without masking the skin. A light dusting of Prada Reset Rebalancing Setting Powder pulled everything together while keeping the complexion soft and balanced.

The eyes were the true focus. Prada Durable Gliding Eye Pencil in shade ‘01 Nero’ was traced all around the eyes in a deep matte black, but not in a precise or overly polished way. The liner was slightly imperfect, giving that effortless, just smudged feel that makes the look so compelling. Lashes were finished with Pradascope Lash Extending Mascara, either fully coated for impact or concentrated at the roots for a quieter intensity.

To balance the bold eyes, the lips were kept simple. Prada Balm in Universal was applied to hydrate and enhance the natural lip tone, creating a soft contrast to the drama above.

What makes this look stand out is its attitude. It feels emotional, confident, and a little rebellious. Prada’s FW2026 beauty moment proves that makeup does not have to be flawless to be powerful. Sometimes the most memorable looks are the ones that feel real, expressive, and just a little undone.
